What is your favourite photo location? White barn doors, under the festoon lights, the vineyards during late Spring/ Summer and the white gravel path overlooking the chapel on twilight
What is your favourite canapé option? My three canapé choices would be the mushroom arancini balls, salt and pepper calamari or the pork and fennel sausage rolls.
What is your favourite main meal option? My favourite alternate drop main meal is the slow-cooked braised beef cheeks in orange and star anise with mashed potato, broccolini, edamame and crispy shallots. My favourite barn feasting menu is the juicy Portuguese peri peri chicken, house-roasted tomatoes, kale, and chilli lemon oil.
Feasting or alternate drop menu? I love the barn feasting, guests can enjoy seconds and if you want a quick turnaround of formalities to hit the dance floor early then this menu option is for you!
What is a unique Summergrove Estate element? A round of espresso martinis for dessert and the first dance with fountains and fireworks.
What is your favourite cocktail? Coconut margarite or lychee martini.
Summergrove Estate chapel or garden ceremony? Both ceremony locations are stunning, however, the double-door entry into the chapel is something truly special.
Cocktail or a seated wedding? A seated reception is the perfect way to enjoy delicious food with all your loved ones. It’s also a perfect way for your guests to sit down and feel comfortable throughout speeches and other formalities.
What are your best tips for the wedding day? Relax and have trust in your wedding coordinator. Start your ceremony early, this will give you extra time for photos and to enjoy cocktail hour with your guests without the afternoon feeling too rushed. A fun bridal party entrance is key, make sure everyone has their dance moves ready, this will get your quests excited as the reception starts!

What is your favourite canapé option? The Thai chicken betel leaf taco herb salad and tom yum aioli are amazing!
What is your favourite main meal option? The Slow-cooked braised beef cheeks in orange and star anise with dashi potato mash, broccolini, edamame and crispy shallots.
