Chef | Full Time and Casual
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Chef, to become part of our professional and hard-working kitchen team, at our award-winning wedding venues nestled in the hills of northern NSW, only 15 minutes from Coolangatta. You will be working with a team of skilled Chefs, assisting you to provide quality dishes in a function environment. With the opportunity to move through the ranks as the business expands.

Cleaner | Casual
At the Summergrove Estate Group, our focus is on the accommodation and events side of hospitality. We are a multi-award-winning hospitality group that operates across 3 venues in the tweed shire.
About the role:
Experienced and motivated Cleaners are encouraged to join our team, we are looking for a casual cleaner at award rates, to join a supportive and rewarding environment: Shifts range across 7 days a week, with morning starts and no nights.
- Ensure that all areas of the venues are kept hygienic and presentable
- Contribute to a comfortable, welcoming environment for Guests, staff and visitors
- Cleaning in line with all chemical and infection control requirements and accreditation standards
- Label and store items correctly
- Flag or fix maintenance issues
- Organised and keen to serve, you appreciate and respond to guest’s and management’s needs by listening and communicating well
- Ensuring guest’s privacy and dignity are always maintained
- Identify and report maintenance issues for our guests, ensuring they are escalated in a timely manner
About you:
- You are passionate about what you do and want to help build and maintain high standards.
- Demonstrate a high level of kindness and respect for guests and venue property and privacy
- Have previous experience cleaning in a large organisation or commercial environment (preferred but not essential)
- Have sound knowledge of OH&S procedures, relevant chemicals and safe work practices (preferred but not essential)
- An understanding of infection control procedures
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one-to-one interactions
